i had wanted to do it because i think my dog is perfect and i want more dogs like her and i wanted to keep all the puppies myself... i can never be a breeder, i cannot give away any puppies, i just wouldn't be able to do it.

i know that some breeders enforce the contract by not sending the buyer AKC papers until they provide proof of neuter/spay.
It's not easy for a breeder to allow puppies to go to their forever homes. Most of us cry with each placement.

The proof of spay/nueter can be forged, it's been done many a time. So, again it boils down to trust.
