i know what he told me was not correct, but i think vets and breeders don't always have the same considerations. (breeders gave me the impression that c-section is a bad thing to try to avoid, where as my vet gave me the impression that c-section is a safe option) i was just hoping that i could hear him say a definite "NO, don't breed her" so i would feel better about spaying a 'perfect' dog
when i asked about breeding her, people/breeders were very nice to me, everyone i asked just educated me, and shared with me their opinions and experiences, no one criticized me for considering it. so when i finally made the decision to spay her, i felt good about it (even though was still overwhelming because she is my first dog). because i feel like i have made a good decision for her. i love her so much!
