My girl started losing her teeth at about 5 months. The 12 incisors (the 6 in front on the top and bottom) all fell out before the adult teeth surfaced, it seemed to happen within a couple of weeks max. When the adult canines came in, the baby canines didn't fall out first, so she had 8 canines at once. The bottom ones eventually fell out on their own, but she still has the top ones, right in back of the adult canines.

I have been waiting for her spay to see what is going on with her baby teeth (if any need to be pulled, best to have it done at the time of spay/neuter so that they only have to be put under once). The upper baby canines aren't getting lose at all, so I don't think there is a need to wait it out any longer. She goes in for her spay next week and will get those pulled then.
