Usually when dogs get spayed or neutered at the age of 6 months old, all puppy teeth should have fallen out, if not they will extract them for you. Fiona turned 5 months and lost about 2 teeth, then when she got spayed, they only had 1 baby tooth to extract! For the littler babies, I'm sure it may take a bit longer!
