That is probably exactly what she thought. If I were just looking for money I certainly wouldn't have spent two weeks going over what I require and what would be in the contract, what was expected of her as far as showing, etc. HOURS and HOURS on the phone and sending long emails to her. If I just wanted the money I would've said "the price is so and so for full registration, let me know if you're interested." End of story. Maybe other breeders spend that much time going over everything and then when the person comes and hands them the money they "forget" about the contract?
