[QUOTE=star28c;3081259]my friend spoke with judy and ask can she come see the puppy
pick her up instead of her shipping her and judy, stated yes please aslo
she would love it if karen could keep in contact with her, as judy keep
in contact with all her last buyers, so i dont know? she also seems to really
know alot about the dog, teething, not to put a collar around the neck
because it can damage the dogs vocals, she just seems to know alot
about yorkies, seems very caring, , i mean it to me just doent seem like a broker or a puppy mill she supports i could be off, on this one but when i bought coby i couldnt even come in contact with my breeders, tami and bret, and they had no info at all on coby,
i got all my support from YTs, this ladys willing and said call me anytime
about the puppy, your welcome to visit our home anytime, now she did state that the airport, wont allow you to send clothes, blankets toys,
in with the dog, even if you do they take it from them because of the
airport becoming so strick, for secuirty reasons?[/QUOTE

Your friend is very intent on purchasing her pup from these people. I'm not sure what puppy she's interested in? But, from my observation there are a few of them that were born in February and no where near to leave their mothers.

I see no pictures of parents, no offer of a guarantee. Anybody can pick up the right talk on how to communicate with potential new owners. The internet has made it easy. So, because someone can recite yorkie info, doesn't make them knowledgable.

I have reservations when a breeder ships a puppy at such a young age to someone that they've never met. There website says the fully screen new owners; how is that possible when several families don't live locally.

Several people have given advice to stay away from these people. MO, is known for puppy mills, brokers, USDA wholesale breeders, etc. My gut feeling is to stay away too. But, in the end it is your friends final decision.

I do have a question though, instead of being a go between, why not have your friend become a member of YT, so she can ask her questions and we can answer her directly?

Also, and this is probably a moot question, since pups are APRI registered (big red flag), is the pup being sold on a spay/nueter contract (probably not), but another big red flag.
