It took me a little while to get used to the filming style too. Now, I guess it is one of the things I like about it, sorta different. I also think it make the show seem "real". As silly as that sounds, it is like someone is really following the staff of Dunder Mifflin around catching all their acts.

What do you mean "seems" real, it is real! The TripAdvisor has a listing for Schrute Farms Bed and Breakfast and it got a 4 out of 5 star rating. As one guest says, “I love the smell of stewed beets in the morning.”
