Samson is the same way, he has a nick name which I am not sure is appropriate for this site. Anyways I tell him no and pull back, he knows I don't like them and he always approaches my face more cautiously. I don't mind the kisses but he would do it none stop if I let him. My daughter doesn't mind him doing it so when she comes to visit he practically attacks her, so he knows who has set boundaries for this type of behavior.
