To clean those hard to reach teeth, use a Johnsons Q-tip with a little amount of CET (or whatever brand you use.) It's small and allows you to reach the back teeth without too much resistance. I also use Petzlife gel on it in the evenings. The cotton has never come off of the tlip with Johnsons...that's why I recommended that brand.
