Well I will tell you the red flags I see then:

1. The Yorkie Mom pictured is too small to be used as a breeding dog (4.4 pounds)

2. They are breeding mixes on purpose and calling them "designer dogs"

3. There is no mention of health testing of any kind, this is BAD especially when they are mixing maltese and yorkies two dogs KNOWN to have liver disease.

4. the 12 month health guarantee only comes into effect if the dog DIES... most of the issues that will come up, LP, MVD, LS, etc... will not cause the dog to die just to be a HUGE expense.

I am sure there is more that I am missing as well. I am not pointing all of this out to be mean but only because I would like to save someone else the heartache of having a dog with these issues. If I were your friend I would keep looking, find someone who is breeding purebred dogs only and is doing health testing. Good Luck to her in whatever she chooses.
