I think what she is saying is that Yes, there is a enormous mount of Knowledge here on YT. The Newbies do come here to learn and share, but when alot of them first post looking for answers or just showing off their baby, they are immediately pounced upon and made to feel very very unwelcome.
I think if people would just take the time and explain in a nicer way and treat newbies like a newborn baby and guide them gently instead of taking the switch and beating them right off they would get a lot more out of it.
Lately there have been quite few posts about how newbies are feeling unwelcome , to me that says something is not right.
A little compassion goes a long way, Just try no to be so harsh to newbies.
