I have no idea!!! but let me know what you decide, as I am in the same boat....I groom Mr. Darcy myself, and I have left enough of long hair on top to put in bow, but I trimmed right around the top of his eyes because when he doesn't wear his bow he is peering through his hair like a sheepdog!!
