I respect your opinion and your choice. But the newbie poster is attempting to impose UKs practices onto the US. And you are right everyone is entitled to their preferance. But, one should not make an assumption that all Americans are unhappy with this practice, it is a minority.
I reiterate, you have your standard, we have ours. And would prefer to make our on decision/choice on whether the standard needs to be changed. Pet people still have the option and choice of not having the pet dogs tails docked.
