Here is the email that was sent to Brittani about the deposit. No where does it say I am not refunding her deposit only that I am asking our attorney how to handle this. She signed a contract with one address, one id with another and transfer with a different address I am not even sure where to send the deposit. Plus the fact I had so many people interested in this little boy that I turned away. If I keep anything out of her deposit it would be the vet bill for her health certificate and mirco chip and I am not sure if I am going to even do that but at this point I do not even have a deposit the money she paid to paypal I had to return because is was a fraudualnt paymemt and they told me I had to return it. Brittani was suppose to wire the money but I checked my bank and called and they say there is no wire at this time. I do not have any money yet from this person. When I get she it will get her refund and that is all I have to say.

After everything that has happened and I did some checking today to check out all of your stories and found that they are not true I have decided to not sell you the puppy. The money was not transfered and I got the form from you and there was no signature on the form. We went to Yorkie talk todayt to look up just what was said on it about you being in the hospital, if in fact you had had a major surgery as said on YT you would not have been talking to me at 11:45 PM nor been shopping the next day like you said. I am not sure what is going on with you but it is not going to involve me anymore. I am very careful who gets our puppies and they need to be honest and truthful people I asked you how many dogs you had you told me you only have the Yorkie rescue in fact you have boston terrrier, doberman according to your MY SPACE if you have in fact transferred the funds I will hold them until I have contacted my attorney. Lisa from Yorkietalk has contacted me and she received a private message from JG that you are still in the hospital and someone is using their paypal account so it has been frozen. With all of this I am not doing anything with out the advisement of legal counsel. I am sorry for the problems but I am just truely not comfortable anymore selling you a puppy good luck to you.
