Has anyone purchased puppies from this breeder?? My friend Brittani, put a deposit down on one of her puppies, and was told he would be a good Show Dog. She sent $500 as a deposit and was going to pay the rest in cash when she picked him up next week. Now, someone posted a thread using her account saying that she had a hysterectomy and was in the hospital for it right now, which is NOT the case. She has been in and out of the hospital all week for testing and has been in touch with Susie every day. NOW Susie is saying that Brittani is lying and is refusing to sell her the puppy BUT she says she is keeping the deposit. Is this legal?? And has anyone had this problem buying from her in the past? Brittani is extremely upset and I would like to know what to tell her! Anyone have any advise???
