I don't want to say no but I don't think so. I believe that her owner also knew she had a bad knee but I can't be sure. I am looking at this as a rescue even though she is not in a "Rescue". There are a few things that don't seem quite right with the breeder. I just want to get her out of there and with me. I will have to ask more questions. She is only 4lbs anyway and I think that is a bit small to breed in the first place. The end result was the c-section and that is the real reason she is being placed in a new home.
