I downloaded IrfanView, then opened the pics I wanted to resize through IrfanView. I resized them, then saved them in another file. It was pretty easy now that I have done it, although it took me a week to figure out that they were not saved as jpeg files (they were bitmap) so they wouldn't post. After I figured that out, I was able to re-save them as jpeg, and it worked! Hope that made sense....
