The only thing I remember from Levi's neuter(4 years ago) is he was very uncomfortable between pain meds. There seems to be a window where the meds need time to kick in. I remember calling and asking my vet about this.If he is still uncomfortable take him back to the vet to check him. Sorry you had a tough night with him.
