Sweetie - I highly recommend using the PixResizer program AFTER you download your camera pics - when they come out of the camera they're huge - many camera programs let you export and resize at the SAME time to your folder called MY PICTURES - that's great - but if they aren't resized ...you can't post them
What I do is CREATE new folders called RESIZED PICS in the MY DOCUMENTS folder - then.... when I export or resize my pics - I know they're right in there - these are for uploading only and it's easy to keep track of your pictures that way because you don't have to search thru all your originals -
