Okay so my puppy loves me and I love her very much too. However, whenever she is around me (sitting on my lap or I'm down on the ground with her) or when I first wake up and go see her, she constantly jumps/crawls up to my face and tries to give me tongue and the kisses are non-stop! She does this to my fiance too. Even when I close my lips very tightly and squeeze them together she'll try squeezing her tongue in my mouth. Of course I don't mind a few kisses from her, but my lips are getting pretty chapped and occasionaly she'll nip at my lips. I really don't feel like having chapped lips constantly or a puppy tongue stuck down my throat or better yet gettitng my lip bit off. Any suggestions on how to minimize the kisses and french kisses? Do you just get up or move the pup away from your face and ignore them and hope after repeating this over and over again it will stop? I'm trying to do this but anytime she gets near me it's lets crawl up to mommies face and give her some tongue. I've gotten more tongue in in a month than in my entire life it feels like.
Any suggestions?
