When I brought my little girl home my boy was not happy at all... he would try and attack her every chance he got... I had her in an expen at all times so he could see her but not get to her and they got short, supervised periods together... one day it clicked that she wasnt going anywhere and that she might be fun to play with... they are now BEST friends... they sleep together, play together, everything.
Give it time and everything will work out... dont force it!
