Hmm then I am sure the government would be interested to know she is making a living off of dogs...I just wonder how she is reporting her income for this......and if she is so disabled then why is she responsible for living creatures. Being disable does not mean you can do anything you want and it certainly doesn't excuse breeding anything and everything. It also does not excuse someone from doing their research and their homework before they breed.
