You're right, it is my opinion.
I just don't understand it, that's all. I don't understand why anyone would buy a dog without it having had health tests performed and I can't understand why any breeder would settle for breeding dogs just to sell them without doing everything they can to ensure they are breeding healthy dogs free from illness and genetic defect. But that's just me. It certainly isn't the first thing I've ever encountered that I don't understand.
