Funny I came across this because just yesterday we were at the dog park and a lady brought her young daughter and puppy there and the daughter was running up to the other puppies (specifically a dachshund) and picking them up and they looked like they were teetering and about to fall...as the mother was just chatting away on her phone not paying attention to any of this
I could tell the girl who owned the dachsy puppy was very nervous but didn't know how to tell the little girl no so she just ended up leaving!
not fair!
