NO need for my dog to get picked up, he picks who he wants to visit by jumping on their laps whenever he feels like it! it's funny, but not so funny, because I feel like he doesn't have manners lol I can't get him to stop doing that when he's at the dog park... he is always making human friends!! but it is a surprise to the person who all of a sudden has this strange dog on their laps.
