I really do feel at a loss of what else to do. I did provide the tracking number to the post office, and they're the ones that said it's lost. My parents and I have decided to hold off on doing anything until after tomorrow. If the belt doesn't arrive then, we're taking action Monday.

I do appreciate her offering to pay half for a new belt, but that's one expensive belt to purchase through her company. She isn't losing money on the deal, that's for sure. The belt that's the wrong size will be returned. That was part of the original agreement and we're keeping to our word. According to the credit card company, it is the company's responsibility to make sure their goods arrive. Being unemployed, I won't be able to order a new belt until I am refunded the money anyway.

To me, we paid for a service and first received the wrong size, and now we didn't receive the correct size. It is turning into a bigger hassle for us, not for her.
