Even if you purchase insurance, it is a waste of time and money!! I always insure my packages. I sent a package to a friend. She never got it but it said it was delivered. Since it said it was delivered even though it wasn't, they refused to refund anything even though we insured and the package never got to the place it was suppose to.


To the OP, I agree with you, you should get a full refund or another belt as it is the merchant's fault for not insuring it or taking other precautions. When you pay for a product you expect to get the product!!
