You have a good point, but they live in a house and they have great neighbors. If it would have ended up in a neighbor's box, they would have returned it. We were thinking that perhaps it ended up on the wrong street, but the person would have written return to sender or simply placed it back in their box for correct shipping. Or, they too have a small dog and kept it.
