My vet recommended it for Peek A Boo, a 13 year old. I believe this is an affliction of geriatric animals to begin with. (Some young ones do get it though) When I first took Peek to the vet @ 6yo (he's adopted) she says, "Oh my! And how long has he been blind?" He's not blind, bc he looks at my face to detect what mood I'm in from across the room! Still does!

My vet described a type of ultrasound procedure though.
