Definitely report this kennel to every authority you can, and tell the media - they love stories such as this. I am so sorry about what you have been through, the heartbreak of losing your furbaby - and then this....I would have probably caved and taken the pup too - wanting to have another little one to love (will never replace the one lost, but heal the ache a little) I have read on here other Yorkies that have come around - and I hope your new furbaby does....just thinking of what a wonderful change in her living conditions and the love and warmth of a new home. She is just so young and I am sure it there will be a happy ending for you - it may just take a little time
