We were walking and I was wearing my Ugg boots, and I don't know if it was the sheepskin or what but my puppy started HUMPING my foot in front of my neighbor! She thought it halarious cause he is 13 wks and not quite yet even 1lb and 5oz. She said it looked like a rat on me

. Why is he doing this? He is still a baby! He is almost already potty trained, and knows a few commands (requests)

. Is he just playing? Some say dominance, others that he is playing. He has NEVER done this before. What do I do?
