Wow, it's only 5-10 dollars a tooth if you get it done at the same time as neutering, the anesthesia is usually what's expensive, but pulling the teeth shouldn't cost more than a neutering. Adult teeth don't have to be all in, in order to pull baby teeth, and I'm disappointed that your vet didn't have enough information on Yorkies to advise you to wait a month or so. Joey's vet planned the neutering around his teeth. The problem with a double row is that food builds up between the rows of teeth and can lead to faster tartar build-up, and other things. Has your dog lost any teeth on his own?
