My bigger Yorkie was a wild thing when we first got her a year ago, and a bit nippy, but she has really settled down (finally) to the point I'm beginning to trust her around kids and other people. She's such a moose, and when she's happy to see someone, she catapults herself through the air at them until she gets undivided attention. I think her problem stems from having too many owners, so when the same ones keep returning, she's just overjoyed. Basically, she knocks you down, then they all pile on for a lick fest! |
Sophie does the same thing, and shes only have us as owners. Im hoping this slows down once she gets older, she is now almost 7 months and weight almost 7 lbs. so at this rate she will knock me down.

I would love to have these session for Max, he is the most sweet little guy, he can walk by people and not bark ( unlike Sophie) but if some one other than the people he knows tries to pet him he will growl, other than my nieces and nephew, he doesn't like ids very much, and kids tend to want to pet him while we walk, so I always have to say no, he baits, to keep them away.
