Do they feel loose, or are they firmly anchored in?
My pup didn't have any problems with losing her baby teeth, except for the canines. The bottom canines did what you described, but they did loosen up and come out on their own.
The top two are hanging in there, and don't seem to be loosening up at all. The adult teeth came in right in front of the baby teeth, and there is plenty of room for both of them, so I am doubting that they are going to come out naturally. She's getting spayed week after next (she'll be 7 months old), and I will have them pulled during the spay (unless they seem to be getting noticeably loose).
