dogs do not like to do their stuff in their crate, remember that is a den to them. you wouldn't want to potty in your bed would you ? put the pad outside the crate and maybe baby gate around the crate so he is confined. i have a 10 week old who is having alot of accidents. remember he is a baby. and think he is alot easier to potty train than a real human baby. they take 2-3 years i know. tell him no in a low tone also. and then take him to the pee pad or outside. say this is where you go potty. like yorkierose said 12 weeks is really when you should start really working with him. my 10 week old is no means potty trained yet. hope that helps |
