Please let us know if this little one has been found. The link says the listing was removed. There is only one shelter here in the area with a couple of rescues locally as well. Has your friend called and visited the shelter? Did she call the local vet offices. That would be my first step, also one of the local radio stations has a morning show that will let you advertise your missing pet for free and she should put an ad in the local newspaper.
