My mother has a little yorkie. She stays at home all day and gives him a LOT of attention but will have to go away for a month and a half. I will be around to care for the little guy's food/grooming needs but I have an 8 hour work day and I'm scared he will get sick/depressed since he's not used to being alone all day, though I will be home at nights. Am I being paranoide or should I have reason to be worried?
