Here's a tip......house them both in the same room! Yep....if he can SEE her he will be much calmer and quiter. I didn't believe this until a long time breeder told me.....I too kept them in separate parts of the house......the male would scream day and night! It has been sooooo peaceful since I put them in the same room......within his SIGHT. What I do is put up a baby gate....so one can be out at a time.....and it still keeps her within site of him.
