Your Deuce is a cutie!
You can use a little hair gel to smooth the hair down over his muzzle, also use the gel to keep the short hair above his eyes, out of his eyes. If he has much hair at all above his eyes, you can do a small top knot.
You can cut it, but you'll forever be cutting it as it continues to grow.
