With his liver values elevated as they were, she is now leaning towards shunt. Initially she thought perhaps hydrocephalus.....I guess it could be both
Really before much more can be done, he will have to gain some weight. He weighs 3-1/2 lbs and should be somewhere between 6-7lbs.
