If you think this string of events could be tied to those new treats, that would really be a nice answer to have for you - bc that simplifies a lot, phew! I would look at the ingredients of those treats (on the bag) and avoid those for future treats - if you think these were the cause.

A bland diet is pretty short term, for a sick dog. I've done bland diets sometimes for a couple days, sometimes maybe 5 days or so, just depending. It can go longer, but you don't want to go too long here -- esp. since she's been only on rice for a while.

Can you put a quick call in to the vet tech and ask how long she should be on the bland diet? That's what I'd probably do. And if she did really well on Wellness before...I'd go back to it, personally...to see if she settles back down. Some people will do bland for a few days, start adding kibble back in - and then switch back to the kibble.
