Tags and licenses can just as easily be attached to "D" rings on a harness.

Many of our members have had tragic experiences with collars, especially with tags hanging down. Whether or not the collars are properly fitted will not prevent tags from becoming caught in a floor heating vent, a chain link fence, or even more tragically a paper shredder.
