No extractions.
I try to brush his teeth every other night, but he hates it & puts up a fight every single time.
It was almost impossible to get to his molars bc he has such a tiny mouth & the tiniest teeth! He had some build up of plaque going on in the back.

Yikes, they used scaling/ultrasound. Is that the same as laser?
