I DON"T care what anybody else thinks or does,I wear a harness on my girl and would never think of putting a collor on her at all,when I take her out she wears necklaces,omly when I am with her and she is always supervised,plus I have a zip pet dog stroller for her when we go on day trips and she loves it.She would never be pulled,especially in crowds.Everyone is different,but thats what I do. |
