Why would you ever want to shock your dog? It wouldn't matter how large my dog is....why would you ever want to shock him/her or hurt him/her?? Regardless of what people say that the shock doesn't hurt etc, the fact that the dog does not want to feel it shows it makes them uncomfortable or it hurts.
