it's good you don't walk around fast in the house, the only time i stepped on my new puppy was when i was in a rush and walking fast in the house. (plus he wasn't wearing a bell, because it got taken off for his bath)

i think maybe sugar doesn't jump on furniture because she is a good doggie. milu doesn't jump on furniture either. but my new puppy that is smaller and with shorter legs (because he is a maltese) he is made of springs, and he can jump on furniture with no problems... i was surprised and i am trying to teach him not to do that!
