I thought the same thing but I can't find anything on the internet where only one dog got parvo.
When my litter caught this back in the early 80s (from me bringing it home from my place of work - vets office) and no vaccine was available at the time, the whole litter came down with it. I was lucky and nursed them all back to health. My vet said that since they made it through it, I would never have to worry about any of them catching it again.

One way to tell if they have Parvo is the diarrhea and a bad smell with it - since blood is in it. All the Parvo dogs had the same bad smell to them.

You really need to have all vets communicating together on this.
