here is info on dry eye but usually that is from not enough tear production and the eye crusting shut and squinting in sunlight.

i would not use angel eyes it has an antibiotic in i tylan powder and not safe to use antibiotics in my opinion for cosmetic purposes

are you using spring bottled water as that helps in some cases as better than tap water

It could be allergy related as well so is your dog rubbing or itching the eyes?
