My babies also have watery eyes. It seems the worst during teething. I would not use baby wipes on the eyes. Seems like the fragrances in the wipes might irritate the eye area more. I use a liquid called calm eyes. You put it on a cotton pad and wipe around the eye area. Seems to help. You can order it at
