Have you tried just putting it down twice a day and not giving any treats or canned? I don't usually recommend this, but she is likely holding out for canned.... If you want to switch entirely to canned, that is fine too. Whatever you feed, her teeth should be brushed often. Or maybe switch the dry food to something else? If a dog is really picky, continually doing this isn't a good idea, but maybe once to see if maybe she really doesn't like the Iams?

By the way, a lot of dogs are lactose intolerant, so milk could be a problem. Also, bacon grease can trigger pancreatitis. It is very dangerous to give even a very small amount to Yorkies.
